The forum administration is not so much concerned about scam. That's why they don't moderate scam related issue, so my usual guess is no such restrictions are going to be made. All we can do as members is create scam accusations about scams, tag, and flag the culprits. Of course, they won't stop doing it, but it's the best we can do under the current circumstances.Theymos decided not to have any more restrictions on newbie accounts as it would look “much harsher” to the new members.
