The Bitcoin supply not change but Bitcoin investor may change their Bitcoin amount if they still buy and hold. So that doesn't mean about deflation like we see in fiat. It is just a changing of the Bitcoin amount for every Bitcoin invest held.

But Bitcoin investors can sell their Bitcoin anytime they want so that will change their Bitcoin amount.
