AFAIK, it can't be triggered by normal spin. Three or more scatters triggered during normal spin can only activate the usual or normal bonus features. More scatters only affect how many spins you get.
I though PP can triggered the super bonus via normal spin. Never thought only can be bought by buy bonus super, It's a really crime ~XD comparing to other provider like Hacksaw while they give more option not just buy but with the normal spin too.
