@OP what was the point of announcing this especially if you were just going to disappear again?
Maybe just to tell people he lost his account that was about Full member and he wasn't able to restore it back, now that they had already set merits it is now a problem to op that was why he or she decides to run away. Maybe he would come back next 10 years as you said to know if the merit restriction has been lifted:-\.
