On Swapuz and Exolix they overestimated the exchange rates by 1%, as fas as I know they even were delisted from Orangefren because of it.

IMO, Quickex offers the most decent rates at the moment, at least for ETH-XMR swaps on Trocador. I checked on OrangeFren, they are also listed there. Personally, I use Trocador or exchange directly.
