Mbappe has chosen the best for his future, now he is starting to adapt at Real Madrid with 27 goals in La Liga. However, his departure did not make PSG look weak, the opposite happened, PSG appeared dominant and had the potential to win the Treble Winner.
Khvicha Kvaratskhelia is one of the luckiest players after Mbappe left, he has the potential to win two league titles in Europe this season based on UEFA rules. Before being bought by PSG, he had played half a season for Napoli and the other half at PSG who had officially won Ligue 1. If Napoli wins Serie A, Khvicha will officially have 2 League titles.

I don't have a clear favorite right now, but Paris Saint-Germain seems to be playing a little better to me. If Paris Saint-Germain wins the Champions League, Kvara will also have won the Champions League championship

If playing better football than your opponent guaranteed that you would win against your opponent, there's no way Inter Milan would beat Barcelona in the semi final of the UEFA Champions League competition because Barcelona played better than Inter Milan, but Inter Milan used tactics to beat Barcelona at San Siro to proceed to the UEFA Champions League final. Paris Saint-Germain doesn't need to solely depend only on playing better football than Inter Milan in the final; they also need to deploy good tactics that will neutralize Inter Milan's defense so that they can beat Inter Milan in the final.
