Hi, I replied to your DM a couple days ago with this information.
I'm on the sales team and don't have access to the business license.
To answer your questions:
The facility is located in Toronto, Ontario.
Site visits are allowed, yes.
The ability to expand beyond 1MW is there, yes.
No references from the mining community, this is our first time opening the facility to the public which is also why there's no website yet.

Could you clarify if you're looking to host miners, what quantities of miners you're looking to host, and/or are you looking for a partnership with us? What you're looking for in general?
