There has to be need for your ideas or you going to have to reward people to participate using airdrops. Unfortunately you're likely going to attract mostly the wrong people if the interest is driven by money rather than passion or the need to create something necessary.
Bitcoin started because there was a need to create a separate system to save people's wealth from the then global financial crisis.  By the way, Web3.0 is a globalist thing, globalism has been defeated it's better to stick to original goal of Bitcoin which is to create an independent financial system. Maybe use your project to help advance the Bitcoin cause
