Is it really working warning people to be responsible gamblers?
If you're advising an old gambler and you are not that close, I don't think it will work they'll just ignore and question your authority or your reputation.
Are there members on here that have a change of heart because of the advices from other gamblers on here that they should risk not more than they can afford to lose when gambling..
I feel it's a waste of time and energy warning people about what damages gambling can introduce to one's life.
Unless there are members who admit, but I doubt if there are members who will change their hearts coming from advice here, many gamblers are so stubborn that they will even deny that they are hooked on gambling, and may even hide or deny their addiction.
Is it that hard to accept that gambling is best accepted as a means of having fun than a means of making money.
When you experience winning, especially if it's a considerable amount, the desire to make money will always be there. For gamblers, it's fun to gamble, but it's more fun if you win money
