apologies for the delay with the response here, I needed to fully understand the matter before be able to respond.
Ive been back in touch with our relevant departments in regards to this matter.
Both departments have information at hand that links the customer to collusion activities across several accounts.
It was at this stage sportsbet.io decided to close the relevant accounts and I am not able to reverse that decision unfortunately.

OP, rebuttal? I believe SB is more than willing to take it to an ADR so they can provide the proof of of collusion in their hand to the arbitrator to verify, if you wished so. I strongly believe your betting is sports-related, so AG is your only option here.
