I tested it too, It's not just from your end, the faucet is not yet functional and displays 0 Bitcoin, which means no Bitcoin yet has been added to be claimed. I think if Bitcoin is added, it will become functional.
For whatever reasons why the site ask faucet hunters to donate back the coin if they feel like, and also they stated clearly that users have to build a thick skin for patience while engaging with the site.
Just like every other faucet old stories, it will end in time wasting, those that did faucet innthebearly days when tons of bitcoin are given for free just because, they want to promote bitcoin, unlike now that bitcoin is quit expensive.
