I don't know if you will buy this idea of nominating at least two quality posters from the local board who will assist you to fish out quality post that are merit worthy and paste them in a thread that you will create, then you can be reviewing them weekly like a thread we had in the local board before when
CryptopreneurBrainboss was selecting quality posts in the local board and hugeblack was meriting the most quality ones amongst them weekly. Please you can consider this idea because it will help the local board a lot and also reduce your stress of fishing for posts that are worth meriting. I can nominate @Hatchy and @Mia Chloe to fish out quality posts in the local board weekly, that's if they can accept the task.
The problem is most Nigerians are self-centered, they would rather create topics about unmerited post/ lack of merits on the LB, but you will never see them report unmerited posts to me here

I can show you over 100 quality posts that I merited, and no member of the community sent a single merit to those posts. I send in over 200 merits per month on the local board and rank up an average of 10 accounts per month, so yes, there are merits, but only 1-3 profiles merit organically.
There will be no additional merit source on the forum generally and no allocation increment too for some reasons I can not share in public. But applications can still go on until the system is ready to add more merit source.
