You might be talking about that thread in the Scam Accusations section about the $1.5M issue on bc.game, where the user couldn’t withdraw because they had multiple accounts.
If you really did create another account by accident, just let the casino know right away. Tell them what happened and ask them to delete the extra account so you don’t end up violating their terms and getting into trouble.
But for me if you really not intended to scam of cheat the casino for creating another account, casino should not hold the funds you have in that account.

We only hold withdrawals in cases where we are extremely confident there is scamming or abusive behaviour. Simply having multiple accounts is not inherently abusive. If you speak to us via Customer Support and let us know that you've created more than one account, we’ll close the extras and allow you to withdraw. The issue arises when multiple accounts are used to exploit promotions or hide activity.
TL;DR: We will never withhold a player’s access to their funds or account unless they are scamming/abusing.
