Don't be surprised if they end up 3rd or 4th
If Arsenal end up 3rd or 4th, it's inconsequential because what is is only important to them is appearing at the champions league next season which is already settle no matter what the outcome of their remain match is. Arsenal have been consistent in qualifying for the champions league and this year is just like other years which they always perform as usual.
Arsenal have tried their best this season, but luck is still not on their side including sacrificing EPL to focus on UCL, but they still failed. It doesn't matter to them where they finish, as long as they are in the top five. Arteta must take big steps to face new challenges next season, they need to bring in some quality players to strengthen their squad to win the EPL trophy and even the UCL if they are lucky.
To be honest, no team actually underestimates other competitions to become champions in one competition. If it is said that Arsenal did not focus well on the Premier League while focusing fully on the Champions League, then it would be wrong because from the beginning of the Premier League season, we have seen that there is a one-point gap between Liverpool and Arsenal and we have noticed that point gap until the end of the season. Arsenal tried hard towards the end to come back in the Premier League but Arsenal could not do that because in the same match where Arsenal did well, Liverpool did well, as a result of which both teams gained points, but the point gap that existed between the two teams before remained. However, all in all, Arsenal performed excellently in the last season and this performance must be maintained in the next season, especially in the next season, they must perform well from the beginning in the Premier League so that they can be in a good position in the points table and do not have to face excessive pressure towards the end of the season.
No doubt Arsenal played a very amazing game at the beginning of the season, which they even maintain top of the table for a couple of days, but at the end their performance was not good enough to make them champions of the season, which was the same thing that happened last year with Arsenal, as they played very well but ended up being second in the league when Barcelona won the championship title.
But if Arsenal wins that Premier League next season and focuses from the beginning of the season to the end, then I have hope for them to be the champions next season, but having trust in Arsenal is just a waste of time, as no matter what, they will end up disappointing at the end. Because I don’t infer why you will be playing a very amazing performance from the beginning of the season; just towards the end, you will start displaying poor performance.
