I would also love to hear more about doing the offline transaction? How is this possible, and how can this be done in a safe way (Even for somebody only medium techsavy)

You need 2 separate device one is offline and the another one is online.
First, follow the guide provided by hosemary above do it on offline device and copy the master public key xpub/zpub you can find it under wallet information with 3 master public keys save them into text file and transfer it to online device to import it to online Electrum wallet.

Check this guide Create a watch only version of your 2FA wallet.

Once you've done that correctly you should be able to see on watch-only wallet your current balance. Now just make a normal transaction with the watch-only wallet then click pay and advanced to view the unsigned transaction and then click copy/share save it into PSBT or just raw and save it into text file.

If you done it correctly transfer them into offline wallet and import it to sign the transaction.

After signing it once again copy the signed transaction raw or PSBT and transfer it back to online watch-only wallet and broadcast the transaction.

I hope you can follow let me know if which one you stuck.
