I am really doubtful that there are casinos that allow people to create and use multiple accounts on their platforms. Exception is only if a person requests a casino to close an account and later want to come back with a new account but surely solid reasons must be provided to convince the casino gives you a refreshing access to their platform legallly.
If you want to do this, firstly you must be sure that their ToS accepts this action, and seconly you must contact their support team as well as compliance team if possible for further confirmation before you doing this and depositing your money there. Don't try to interpret their ToS by yourself and take too high risk, ask them and get their official answer about it first.
Casinos don't allow their members have multiple accounts and we can see in the rules on casinos. Before you create account, it is better to read the rules so you will not break it and harm yourself. Casinos will suspicious if we want to close our account but then we create another account.
