This is well articulated mental illness on display.

Wrong again.

What’s on display here is a one-man resistance armed with documents, timelines, and facts — while you resort to lazy insults and condescending one-liners because you can’t (or won’t) answer real allegations.

Let’s talk about what’s “well articulated,” shall we?

📌 My main problem with Stake: They’ve failed to fulfill my GDPR data access request for over 230 days. No emails. No response. No data.
And here's the email straight from the Dutch DPA:

(The DPA acknowledges they’re not the competent authority to act.)

So what did I do next?

🛑 I tried filing with Curaçao’s DPA (cbpbes.com) — blocked in my country.
🛑 I contacted AskGamblers and CasinoGuru — both rejected the GDPR complaint, citing incompetence.
🛑 Meanwhile, Stake’s “support” portal is still a ghost town:

Not a single reply.

Let’s pivot to Duelbits, their cross-promoted cousin in this racket.

They’re happy to give a backlink to Beyond Studios — the same creative partner that built everything from merch to F1 liveries for Stake.com.

You don't need to be Sherlock to connect the dots: these aren't rivals. They're a cartel.

Now here’s what Duelbits has done to me as a verified, long-term user:

❌ They falsely claimed they shared my betting history (they never did).
❌ They closed my ticket and banned further contact.
❌ And now? Their live support chat is disabled across all browsers, devices, and even on incognito mode, I even tried a fresh IP.

So tell me, nutildah and your merry band of sig-campaign puppets:

🧠 How does a casino block support access without login or session cookies unless they’re tracking users via browser fingerprinting or device IDs

🧠 Is that legal? Ethical? Or just another tool in their arsenal of silent abuse?

Now here’s the real illness:

* Defending billion-dollar casinos who violate international data laws
* Mocking users while these platforms ghost their customers
* Gaslighting victims with “Netflix charges” as if we're too stupid to see the theft
* Using alt accounts to manufacture consent and dilute serious threads like this one

You can nitpick stock avatars, deflect with sarcasm, or pretend this is "just one guy ranting" — but you still haven’t answered:

✅ The GDPR violations and Stake’s refusal to comply or respond
The complete chat and email shutdown by Duelbits
The illegal UPI gateway, tax evasion, and third-party vendor laundering operation

So unless you’re bringing actual receipts, data, or counter-evidence — not vibes, not insults — gtfo from my thread.

This isn't over.
This isn't personal.
This is documented abuse, and I’ll escalate it until someone with teeth bites back.
