To me, PSG going to the finals and likely going to win it is so dramatic. I can't help but wonder many things;
- What exactly is in the mind of Mbappe, regret or?
- If Mbappe was in PSG, would they have gotten to this stage?
- What if PSG wins the champions league; it will mean that Mbappe didn't only miss the champions league trophy but also missed Ballon d'or.
- If Dembélé was in Barcelona, will he everly be a Ballon d'or candidate?
Football is indeed mysterious.
Dembele has always been a standout player, from his time with Dortmund, to Barcelona and now PSG so you can’t dispute the fact that he could be, all he needed was one excellent season with his club and that is what he will be enjoying now. I don’t think there is anything to regret for Mbappe because even if he doesn’t win the champions league this season it is likely he will anytime soon with Real Madrid.
Mbappé may not have won the Champions League this year, but he will play in a team that can win it in the coming years. So even if Paris Saint-Germain wins the historic Champions League, I don't think they will be very upset about not winning it. Because there is still a chance they can win the Champions League next year. Mbappé wants to be a part of this team for many years and I think they will definitely win the Champions League.
