Is it really working warning people to be responsible gamblers?
Are there members on here that have a change of heart because of the advices from other gamblers on here that they should risk not more than they can afford to lose when gambling.
I am quite confident that most threads created for advice and support reached to some of people and that ultimately changed their perspective on gambling.
I believe in the rule that even if a single thread fails to reach hundreds, if a single person changes because of that thread, everything is worth it. Additionally, despite tons of threads being created in this section asking/sharing for advice, this slowly builds-up the algorithm if you search this on Google. So basically, everything is helpful in the end despite similar threads being created.
I feel it's a waste of time and energy warning people about what damages gambling can introduce to one's life.
Is it that hard to accept that gambling is best accepted as a means of having fun than a means of making money.

I do not think so.
It is never a waste of time to help someone especially when it comes to addiction in gambling. I mean, this is why this forum was created- in order to have a fruitful discussion about anything related to gambling, whether it be for strategies or for help. You are free to ignore self-help posts if you think that it is a waste of time. But for some, that helps them in a way of knowing what to avoid as most share their personal experiences about it.
