Do you received your initial deposit as refund? Sadly multiple account accusations is hard to deal and in fact there’s a lot of this case from different casino that usually doesn’t resolved even if you escalate it on arbitrator services such as AG.
If you want to escalate this kind of issue you need to agree that your personal details will be exposed so that the trusted person that will check your ID can examine other account connection.
