yes I know they are poor in this competition and probably won't be going at full steam considering they have to prepare for the UEFA league final but still they are teams with quality squads, so is this an easy bet for the hosts?

The 6th team plays against the 17th and the 5th against the 16th. Moreover, Chelsea and Aston Villa must win to get a ticket to the Champions League, and Tottenham and United are not interested in a positive result at all.
