Rollbit is trying this attempt to funnel every complaints from medias into one channel, and Razer encouraged me to encourage those in the forum who have issues with them to escalate to that division. So, try to write to them, and have some patience. Last I check with Razer, they compliance desk is a bit clogged, so a reply after you write to them might take a while.
I believe that they can add that email address on their website in ToS or FAQ (I am unsure they put that email address in a visible place).

In this forum, it's good for them by having you and your support like another channel for support escalation to their team, though I think it's better if they can add that email address in this announcement thread's OP.

They can change their graphics a little bit in the OP with latest information about their casino products, UIs, and surely at the same time they can add important email addresses for users as necessary contact points.

There's a support chat on their site but don't know how long the issue will be solve if they redirect to that channel.

But since they have compliance email provided, I think that's the best option to direct their issues their since maybe for now they are active solving thru what they receive on that email. But I guess people need to extend their patience since maybe they experiencing some delays because maybe they are trying to investigate those existing issues that has been emailed to them. But hopefully they can improve this so that those existing user which have legitimate claims can experience a swift action for solving their issues.

Just to be clear and help people understand better, from what Razer explained to me: support chat is for "lighter" issue, technical ones like forgetting a username or asking basic things. More complicated matters like locked account for whatever reason, they go straight to compliance desk. Support are not in charge for such matters.
