This our local board will really grow high if Nigerian see that their post made here gets recognition.
We have some handful of merit source even though there is no amount of merit source that will be enough for meriting quality post on the local board.
We've only 1 LB merit source and that's our moderator Igebotz, I don't know where you're seeing the handful from, I still stand to be corrected though.
There are lots of meaningful posts around, the moderator is surely doing his best ranking up accounts and meriting posts he sees worthy. Surely he cannot do everything alone and needs more helping hands.
Personally I believe we need more merit sources for our local board. Cryptoprenueurbrainboss helps a lot too, maybe we can jointly ask Theymos to increase his merit allocation and possibly add more 1 or 2 merit sources as that would really boost the engagement here.
Should that be the case (limited merit source) then that means we need more say two more even!! Because there is no handful of merit sources..
One merit source with fixed number of merit @Igebotz has done his best and would do more should the number of his s merit increase...
Praying his number of s-merit increases as we also get say two more merit source..
The joy of seeing your efforts merited is of course a great courage to come online and write on. The effect of merit in getting into a campaign a tangible part of the forum can't be undermined. An increased merit source examining meritable posts is a highly welcome privilege...
