Just to make it clear, @Little Mouse is not an official representative of the platform, he is just managing their signature and events, and all he can do is contact the team and ask them about your case so that they check it out and do what's necessary, and I'm pretty sure he has already done that because I remember him asking you to DM him with your ID. So, you shouldn't feel like he isn't doing anything because he has done his part; your best bet is to keep trying to contact the team and see what they say about it. If they say the decision is final, I don't know if anything can be done in that case.

Also, as suggested by @Eternad, you should try and reach out @holydarkness and he might be able to assist you with your case. In case the team says that they have found a breach of their Terms and Conditions and they aren't going to allow more withdrawals, it's still not that bad since you said you had already withdrawn more than what you had initially deposited.
