It's only the strongest and best team in this competition that deserves winning the league and Arsenal does not have that quality of winning PSG because they lack a sharp striker. Inter is desperate to win the Champions League this season and only luck can make PSG win them in the finals because Inter is stronger than them.
Why did you think that Arsenal does not deserve the Champions League, this is a club that fought so hard from the beginning of the Champions League game till the semifinals when they were eliminated by PSG. I don't also agree that Arsenal don't have a sharp striker, they do have quality strikers in the squad, but their problem was more of defensive error. Arsenal wanted to win PSG and reach the final, but they were just unfortunate that PSG outshined them and advanced to the finals. Inter Milan is very tactical, but PSG can still outsmart them in the final so you never can tell what will happen in the final.
