According to your thread of 2013 about the first shop to accept bitcoin in Ohio, out of curiosity I just want to know if the very shop is still in existence and still accepting bitcoin till date.

I think there more stores and major institutions now accepting bitcoin than it were a decade ago, which obviously it's a testament of the growth of bitcoin which is a reflection of it's level of progressive global acceptance.
Perhaps there could be an existing local pizza shop accepting but we don't have a clue yet.
