I think for newcomers to crypto casinos, if the casino cannot be accessed with the network where you live then leave the casino because using a VPN will be more dangerous for the safety of your account at some point in the future. Big wins are always a concern for casinos, they will see account activity, if there is something strange they will suspend our account. So don't use a VPN to gamble, play wisely.
This is also my take. Casino's are trying to avoid being sanctioned by the government and would stick with their TOS in order not to put themselves in any uncomfortable position.
It's important to go through the TOS of every casino you use and when you relocate or travel to other area, it's better to check if they offer legal services in that area and if not, then use other casino available there.
