The best OP can do is to keep in touch with people having the same issue and chat with the ones who are behing customer support on that casino, at least there he will get some response from the casino eventually, either positive or negative one.
Though, when comes to my mind when I read about this case and other ones similar to this one is some kind of insolvency by the casino, lack of liquidity, so they probably keep withdrawals in their limbo in order to pay some and allow them to have their money while at the same time restrict access to other to their withdrawal.
Anyways, whatever it is going on, I hope you can get your money back eventually.
