They banned my sportsbook, I am "DIAMOND SVIP35" level here, total wager is more than 110M usd my User ID:7724065, OP can verify it plz. I am one of the biggest whale here. My Vip host said sports provider banned me, it is their decision, not bc.game banned me. So I have to complain it here, I hope after I complain in this forum, OP will negotiate with sports provider, and unban my sportsbook. Cry

They gave me high betting limit before, I can usually bet 100k on sports. I have lost more than 1.5 million usd on sports on bc.game before, currently I had good run, but they instantly banned me, it is ridiculous action, shame on them.

I don't believe BC game will want to lose a whale like you. As you said BC game didn't ban you, but the provider blocked you, so you should wait for a resolution. That's a real player because the total stakes are in the hundreds of millions of dollars, which the casino should keep as they will continue to bet large amounts - but it must be annoying for a player to run into this kind of problem where they end up having to wait for the provider's decision and this will indeed take longer than usual especially in the case of large amounts.

Yeah I guess when the official BC.game representatives are active on the forums again they will either clarify this, or look into the case before making a statement.

My personal view is he deserved to be banned by provider because he is hurting their balance he needs to be had 2 or 3 accounts on difference sites then he can do things as much he wants staying on just one is always problem.
