As for VPN, it is surely better to clarify with the support service. However, it should be noted that sometimes the answer support service on the approval of the use of VPN can contradict what is written in the casino's rules.
Is there an example of this? I think someone can get fired if they do that constantly. I guess if a casino uses a bot or faulty AI to handle customer requests, then they can hallucinate and make up answers that aren't present in the TOS.

Back to the accusations, I second the opinion that we don't have to side with one over the other unless there's enough evidence to pick a side. A user should read every single sentence on the TOS to prevent being falsely accused, although the chance still exists. Prevention is better than cure, they say.
