Why would he regret this move?
He will now be seen around the world more often because Real Madrid is a bigger team than PSG and his goals and contributions will now make him more relevant in football than he has been. He will surely perform well for Real Madrid and will win a lot of trophies is the team is back on their feet.

They just need to stabilize their defense. Xabi Alonso has time to set up a winning squad. With Mbappe up front, they have a great chance of winning all three trophies. So all in all, Real can get back to their old winning ways.
Believe this that the chance of real Madrid winning a treble next season is getting slimer as the season comes an and end and the next season approaches. When you look at other competitors both for the champions league title and even the laliga, if we are not being emotional, it's obvious that real Madrid is one of the most disjointed team that still has a lot to do as regards fixing Thier team before the start of a fresh season.

Apart from mbappe that is currently doing exceptionally well and the fact that they have made a new signing that will affect their defense positively, real Madrid doesn't look like a team that going forward can beat Barca and take the title from them. In the coming year for the UCL, arsenal and Liverpool will have her complete attention on the UCL which will make it one competitive one for every other team. Untill all real Madrid players takes off Thier past achievement and face games like they are literally the underdog, they might produce little to no tangeable result even in the coming season.
