I think they should have their Representative account to get more active here and respond to such issue instead of the campaign manager being the one to mediate between the issue. The CM mosts deals with marketing and not dispute resolution

Agree since for sure campaign manager have limited information towards those things and they better have a active representative that wandering in this thread so that they can answer those allegations posted against them.
This provably would help them a lot especially that lots of people speculate and easily get disappointed if they see that there's no people from their side working on peoples issue.
