I'm not going to predict any club that can win the Champions League right now since the final might be a difficult game for PSG than their previous games against Premier League teams. Remember that Inter Milan reached the Champions League final in the previous 2 seasons and lost to Manchester City, where they wasted many chances to equalize goals, and the team failed to keep Lukaku for another season. Inter Milan will do all they have to the end since they can't reach the final every season, it is better if they win this season.
PSG, on the other hand, has never won a Champions League title in its history, they hardly reached the final even with Neymar and Messi, but with the young players, they are in the Champions League final. The team management will want their coach to do everything they can to experience what it feels like to lift a Champions League title. Honestly, both clubs have a chance to win the trophy.
