Why do we not make any deals who are new to the forum or have no reputation for trading? Better, we should use escrow if we have any doubts about the seller/buyer. There are several escrow providers who can act as an escrow to send the funds safely, and there will be no issue  regarding that. In this way, the transaction will be completed smoothly.
