OP your heading did not match much with the content but for the problem of insecurities from the herds men who invade people's farm and vandalize their crops, i blame that on the government because since the herds men started terrorizing and killing farmers the government have not really condemned their behavior with actions. How can people be so wicked to invade on farmland of the poor people in the society without showing signs of remorse.

Talking about politicians retiring back to farming, do you think that a politician needs to work on his farm by himself before you know that some of them owns their personal farms. There are politicians i know even though they haven't gotten high profile appointments or offices but they have farms of their own.
