Yeah, Frankfurt needs to win too, if they lost, they will be 4th place, and worst case scenario they could be even dropping to 5th place right? I do not know if they look at the games between Frankfurt and Dortmund in that case, or if they look at goal difference, but the risk is there.
So Frankfurt has to get AT LEAST a tie game, and in case of a tie, Freiburg becomes 56 points, meaning that if Dortmund wins and Dortmund is playing Kiel, who already gone down so they will win, that means Dortmund becomes fourth place. That is going to help UCL chances, and Dortmund would make 30 or more million euro more. This is why we are going to see Dortmund try their hardest to win, and Freiburg will try too but Frankfurt is a huge team and Freiburg may fail.
The battle for the remaining two places on the table is definitely going to be hit battle this weekend, over the past two seasons now Dortmund have always been playing a very decisive last game of the season either as a tittle contender or pursuit for champions league football, just like last season I expect them to come out in the champions league, they simply need to win their game against Kiel with at least three goals ahead once they have this numbers I think anything that happens from the other game will not affect them.
If Frankfurt wins then it is automatic straight qualification for Dortmund with this result, also if it ends in Draw with same result for Dortmund as i predicted then both Dortmund and Frankfurt qualifies. Also if Freiburg wins, Frankfurt and Dortmund will be on same points and with Dortmund having more goal difference if their win is three goals ahead. So the qualification is right in the hands of Dortmund with Freiburg the team likely to go out of the top 4 in my opinion
