We got point to the predatory economy
Find the someone whos weaker position then you maybe you are business owner you can pay less to your workers.
But world sending signals to people do what ever it takes to make money and try to find the next one who's in weaker position then you use him for your own benefits.
The top level don't want to change that instead of changes they will make people with mindset you got be brutal you got to be more tough stronger and If STRONGER ones making you victim then you must make someone else your victim.
Many will keep that in mind on hopes of they will reach to the top but in reality it never happens it will only keep the top level ones on power and in wealth and society calm and that they accept that things just taking the blame for themselfes If they don't do well they need to be more brutal and fighting more , just like hunger games!
It's kind of matrix when everbody support something it becomes rule and order.
It wasn't easy reading and understanding the main reason reason for the context but at last I get the point raised.
Tightly said when you pointed out the fact that employees are meant to stay at a particular stage while the employers are mainly remaining at the top controlling all and always maintaining their positions.
But it is also very much true that with diligence and sincere hard work attached with some smartness the employees also get to the opportunity to get to the top. Some employers give opportunity for growth and make things available that will enhance staff moving higher in an organization.
The top continues to be at the head but as a starter or beginner it is always possible for you to grow as there are many opportunities.
