I have already given a suggestion in my previous reply here that a thread should be created where every member of the local board can report quality posts they meet in the local board as this will save you the stress of making extra efforts in navigating through the local board in search of quality posts for meriting.

Already did that months ago, didn't see anyone reporting a third party posts - everyone looking out for only themselves.

I don't know if you will buy this idea of nominating at least two quality posters from the local board who will assist you to fish out quality post that are merit worthy and paste them in a thread that you will create, then you can be reviewing them weekly like a thread we had in the local board before when CryptopreneurBrainboss was selecting quality posts in the local board and hugeblack was meriting the most quality ones amongst them weekly. Please you can consider this idea because it will help the local board a lot and also reduce your stress of fishing for posts that are worth meriting. I can nominate @Hatchy and @Mia Chloe to fish out quality posts in the local board weekly, that's if they can accept the task.
There is always a thread where anyone who is not receiving enough merits should report their post and that of others and of course it's takes time to review because already the reviewer has his or her activity out there, lot of people are busy in real life and one must not remain reviewing post every single moment and since it's a volunteer work is when that person is that Chance before him visiting that board. What I would only plead of is for our source to always check out that thread when they are less busy at least it would reduce the rate at which people cries for lack of merit across the board, although I have also been hint that task isn't a minor one that is why we need more source to also join hand with the already existing source to make things look very easier for everyone.
