Are you sure this wallet belongs to your old gentleman friend?
If yes, then all you need is the wallet seed as hosemary explained above.
You can restore the wallet from seed and disable the 2FA  and you will restore a 2 of 3 wallet where you have 2 keys out of three, so you are in total control of the wallet and you cansrnd/transfer the funds wherever you want.

If this is not your old gentlman friend’s wallet, then forget about it and move on..
