On X this morning, it looks like everyone in crypto is in Dubai for Token2049.
Why all the hype?
First of all, Dubai. Second of all, one of the biggest events, if not (I'm not sure here). Also many famous and big names are attending as speakers. Why all the hype?
In the end, it really depends. You see, like a regular conference, some may attend just to spend time there. Nice city, good service, and show. Some, as it was mentioned before, are waiting for some big announcements to stimulate the market.
It was fun, lots of connections, Think about any Big project and they were there. The city is cool too, managed to grab some merch from my fav platform and also attended some gatherings.. would I attend next year's edition, hell yes..
Man I wish I had the money...
