The funniest part is that English people claimed that Premier League was the toughest league in the world and plenty of great teams there, unlike other leagues where there are just one or two good teams.

Well, the reality was seen this season where PSG beat three different premier league teams to get here. They beat the champions of Premier league Liverpool, they beat the second place Arsenal (so not like 10th or whatever), and they beat 6th place Aston Villa (albeit that was the easiest one).

So as we can see PSG, representing Ligue 1, has shown the world that ligue 1 isn't that bad and they can beat any team from Premier league, and they did it this season. I am sure that we are going to see them play wonderful at the final game as well.

I find it Funny when many football fans of recent have just used this season success of PSG defeating all most all the premier league clubs representing them in the champions league. They are using this to dispute the fact that the premier league is not the toughest league in the world, I don’t see why Premier league clubs which are were defeated bring this discussion to halt. Every team can have their worst seasons, or should we say Arsenal beating Real Madrid in this season champions means they are not the best?.

There is a wrong way to look at this toughest league of a thing which is Premier league having the Toughest league doesn’t mean they have the best team in the world and need to beat everyone but they are the most competitive league due to the much number of quality players in the league. And that’s a fact that no league can brag about
