Also, the Turkish Cup is often overlooked as the last option, as there are also Champions League or European Cup matches. That's why it's not always easy to win two cups. Undoubtedly, Galatasaray achieved a very important success this season. Osimhen was the star of the season, everyone accepts that, but Okan Buruk has also achieved a lot. I think he was sometimes criticised harshly during the season and he didn't deserve it...
Nobody really questions his ability to be good at Turkish league, that is something he looks to be a great at. However, for the past three years (first year exception) it looks like he didn't do well. Last year he lost to Copenhagen to go next stage of UCL, and then it was Prague that they lost to? At Europa league. Then this season they didn't go to UCL, getting beaten by Young Boys, who finished the group stages of UCL with 8 games and 8 losses.

And then they played at Europa, and during the group stage they got a tie against RFS, who was 32nd, got a tie against Malmo, who was 31st, got a tie against Kyiv, who was 34th. And then they managed to beat some teams to go to playoff stage, and there they lost to AZ Alkmaar, whose highest paid player gets 400k a year.

So when you think of these two seasons and these results, it's easy to say that he is great at Turkish league, but he lacks a lot at Europe so he should stay of course, but he should get a lot better at Uefa competitions, otherwise they may actually start looking for other options who can take them further than just Turkish league winners.
