I've been playing for a few months without problems and everytime I want to withdraw my balance I need to do 2FA (with google) and sms verification. A few days ago I tried to cashout and I receive an error when I try to receive the sms that sayd ..This number cannot be used for registration... have anyone dealt with this in the past?

But in any case, as has already been suggested, instead of sending the e-mail to the recovery adress, try chatting to Live Support and they'll be able to see what the problem is that's causing you to not receive the sms
