This is not to be preferred. I trade when I have enough time to monitor my trade, and also, it is not my type of trading to place buy/sell options without analysis. It was not just about time, but trading in an inconvenient place could make us lose focus. And certainly it leads to losses.
Trading can wait. Perhaps we can do it after traveling. There is the right time for this, and even if you are a long-time trader, you won't do the trade without the proper location and time.
This is so right, losing the focus is what ends up in a loss of pnl.
The idea you had, might be forgotten and charts might be doing something completely different but since you are not properly monitoring, you do not spot any major changes or you fail on exiting when it tells you to, because you're busy traveling.
