Who you knocked out in the Semifinal does not matter when you get on the pitch for the final, all of that is gone, mind you that there are no easy teams in the knockout stage of the CL, so any team that gets to the final deserves it. That said, i think Inter have the slight edge, they are a very solid team, same as PSG, but i think right now Inter are slightly the stronger of the two teams, it would still be decided by fine details though, so we'll see how it pans out.
The truth is that it is trolls, rivals and some fans that actually care so much about who a team faces on their road to the finals but teams actually don't care about all that infact most teams are actually wishing to meet and easier team Everytime because the goal is to reach the final and to eventually win it.
And in modern football there is no simple team, yes some may be tougher than others but no team is simply especially in the semi final of competition like the uefa champions League.
