I already knew the answer, but waited for final confirmation from higher management. So here’s the official stance regarding VPN usage and KYC policy:

As you know, ChiliStakes is a licensed casino, and obliged to follow KYC & AML regulations. That said, the management fully understands the needs of Bitcointalk members and crypto users in general. With that in mind, a clear distinction is made between fiat users and crypto users — striking a careful balance between compliance and flexibility, especially when it comes to supporting the crypto community.

🔹 1. Crypto users are not subject to KYC requirements as fiat users.
(You’ll notice that the KYC page specifically refers to fiat-based users in its title.)

🔹 2. VPN usage is permitted for crypto users.
(As long as it’s not used for fraudulent purposes — such as multi-accounting, which is strictly prohibited.)

The particular term mentioning VPN usage in the Terms and Conditions will be updated.
As soon as I receive confirmation that the change has been implemented, I’ll notify you here.
