Who you knocked out in the Semifinal does not matter when you get on the pitch for the final, all of that is gone, mind you that there are no easy teams in the knockout stage of the CL, so any team that gets to the final deserves it. That said, i think Inter have the slight edge, they are a very solid team, same as PSG, but i think right now Inter are slightly the stronger of the two teams, it would still be decided by fine details though, so we'll see how it pans out.
It is not right to underrate any team that qualifies for even the group stage of the UCL. Most of these teams were champions in thier various leagues. Any team that makes it to the knockout and above should be accorded some level of respect. Both teams in the finals have equal oppurtunty to win the competition. PSG was able to defeat a sound team Arsenal, while PSG beat the competition's most favorite to get ot the finals.
PSG might look like the favourites because of their exploits in the Ligue One but we cannot compare the French League with the Seria A. The Italian Ligue has more stronger teams than the French League which have been dominated by PSG
