An important day about Bitcoin that I think we are not celebrating
So as I just woke up this morning, a thought just came to my mind regarding this forthcoming Bitcoin Pizza Day that been celebrated yearly, that why do we celebrate the day the transaction was made between
Laszlo Hanyecz and Papa John's Pizza and yet fail to celebrate the day the idea was initiated and made public, which happens to be today May 18th? Because we all know that without the idea which Laszlo made public 15years ago on this very day "May 18th" of intending to spend over 10,000 Bitcoins to whoever could afford him a Pizza, either 2 or more, there never would have been a transaction which took place on 22nd May 2010, that is widely been celebrated today. And as such, I vividly think that while we celebrate "22nd May" every year as Bitcoin Pizza Day, we also ought to be celebrating today 18th May when the idea was made public by Laszlo Hanyecz.
