Hello, i asked for a sign up bonus to test the site and possibly the withdrawal speed. 50 USDT was added to my account with 1x wagering. I played a bit and tryed to withdraw but it was rejected. Now they said it's only for testing games and cannot be withdrawn... even though i requested real bonus and mentioned it was to test full site + withdrawal and they added real bonus. Can you tell them to process my withdrawal instead of cancelling it? It's not fair i did not ask for play money in that case i could play demo mode lol...
