Even if he’s not at 100%, I still hope he’ll be on the court as just being there could inspire his teammates.
There were times during the regular season when Gordon was out, and the Nuggets still pulled off wins. So I’m really hoping they make the right call here and give us an epic Game 7.
The Nuggets will have a huge disadvantage if he will not play. Let's also take into consideration that MPJ has been injured before the playoffs and yet, he's still playing out there. I mean they played through 7 games for this series only to lose just because of an injury of a single key player? If I'm Gordon, I'll play through it because he's been a huge part of the success of the team.
Nuggets might've won in games where Gordon didn't play, but this playoffs already, and it's very different, and knowing that it would be on the road, it's another disadvantage for them as well.
I agree, this team looks different now, but as long as Jokic is on the court, the Nuggets will still be tough to beat. Gordon isn’t officially out yet, so I think he’ll still show up even if it’s just for a few minutes to remind everyone he’s there.
MJP is injured but still playing, which means he can help somehow. He just needs to focus on defense because right now, the Nuggets are basically just riding the Murray-Jokic tag team. Everyone else I guess are Just the supporting cast doing their best background work.
